Products purchased will be shipping via Canada Post Standard Shipping service within 3-7 business days within Canada, and 7-10 business days for outside of Canada (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) upon order confirmation. 

After your purchase is complete and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

If your product arrived damaged/is faulty*, you may return or exchange your purchase within seven (7) calendar days of delivery for an exchange with other item, replacement or full refund. 

Please note that we will not accept returns on products that have been used, altered or damaged in any way.
If your item has been damaged during shipment, please send a photo and more details to hello@kukicollection.com and we'll be more than happy to send you a replacement.
